We are so sorry you lost an earring! Our warranty only applies to broken jewelry, not lost jewelry. We suggest you keep all MKD jewelry in their jewelry pouch.

Fast shipping is extremely important to us! We will get your order out within two business days, usually same day. If your item is a pre-order, it can take 2 to 3 weeks for it to ship. We always ship partial orders until the order is fully completed so you can get your items as quickly as possible! If you need your items by a certain date, please reach out to us.

We do not offer returns. We do offer exchanges on our necklaces and clothes. Items that are final sale include: all earrings, candles,any sale items or any order that has used a discount code. Any items that are exchanged must not be worn and must contain all original packaging and receipt to be exchanged. These items must be purchased directly from Mary Kathryn Design and not one of our retailers.
